DOMINIC LAHIFF
Dominic started his career while still at Warwick Film School; he began directing interactive music visuals which played to audiences of millions at raves across the UK and produced the doc ‘Thunderdome’ which played at festivals worldwide. His graduation short film 'Visiblity' was nominated for awards at CPFF and the RTS.
Upon graduation Dominic moved to New York and began directing videos for friends of his who made music. His work came to the attention of producer Cynthia Angel and in 2017 Dominic was hired to write and direct " Discovering The Universe" an award winning short for the American Museum Of Natural History. This led to advertising work with Dominic's first campaign- "Pride Stories" for Spotify- winning One Club, Motion and Clio awards. Following this success Dominic was invited by Cynthia to open D L A Films, a company built on the mission to uplift diverse voices and champion those who feel invisible.
Since then Dominic has directed multi-award winning work for the likes of Amazon, Billboard,Nike, Honda and Vevo cementing him as a sought after name for those in the know.
Dominic's debut feature film ‘Sun’ is currently being entered into festivals around the world. Please get in touch for details of an upcoming screening.
